Efficacy and Safety of Lenalidomide With or Without Rituximab and Other Drugs in B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas

Describe the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients who receive lenalidomide single drug or lenalidomide combined with rituximab (with or without other drugs), and evaluate the efficacy and safety of lenalidomide single drug or lenalidomide combined with rituximab (with or without other drugs) in the real-world setting.

Comparing the Consolidation Regimens of IDA With Intermediate-dose Cytarabine Versus Intermediate-dose Cytarabine Alone for Elderly AML Patients

This study evaluates Idarubicin (IDA) in combination with the intermediate-dose cytarabine, compared with intermediate-dose cytarabine alone, as a consolidation treatment for elderly AML in first remission.

CCCG Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia 2017 Study in Children

Adding bortezomid during the consolidation:The very early or early bone marrow relapse has low remission rate. Previous case studies showed that Bortezomib, a proteasome inhibitor, may achieve remission in refractory ALL, 80% remission in B-ALL with combination of chemotherapy and bortezomib.

CD19 CAR-T Expressing IL7 and CCL19 Combined With PD1 mAb for Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

One year of treatment for 111 patients, the total response rate was 82%, and the complete remission rate was 54%. However, a large number of clinical studies have shown that about 20% of patients with B-ALL and 50% of patients with B-NHL cannot achieve complete remission (CR) after CD19-CAR-T treatment.

Zanubrutinib Ixazomib and Dexamethasone in Patients With Treatment Naive Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia

This ZID regimen will be given up to 24 months and stopped for observation. We propose this combination will improve the deep remission (VGPR) compared to single Zanubrutinib or IRD regimen and can be a time-limited regimen which will reduce the life-time therapy and benefit the patients.

Open-label Study to Determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose of DSG3-CAART in Mucosal-dominant PV Patients (mPV)

This phase 1 study is being conducted to find the maximum tolerated dose and optimal fractionated infusion schedule of an investigational cell therapy, DSG3-CAART, that can be given to patients with mPV who are inadequately managed by standard therapies. DSG3-CAART may potentially lead to complete and durable remission of disease.

Immunological Aspect of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) (Lympho-PTT)

The aim of this project is to identify early phenotypic or functional parameters that are predictive of relapse and that can be used for personalised optimisation of treatment to maintain remission.

Vacuum Assisted Biopsy Immediately Before Surgery as an Intra- or Pre-Operative Surrogate for Patient Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer

Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) is common practice in the primary treatment of breast cancer, leading to a complete pathologic remission (pCR) of the tumor in more than 50% in aggressive tumor types. As NAC induces different response patterns, radiologic imaging is not sufficiently accurate in predicting residual disease.

Combined Optokinetic Stimulation and Cueing-based Reading Therapy to Treat Hemispatial Neglect Following Stroke

Patients are unaware of objects, persons and even own body parts in the (usually left) hemispace opposite to their brain lesion. While there is spontaneous remission in some patients, neglect symptoms persist in many stroke survivors which is associated with a poor functional outcome. Although different therapeutic approaches (including cognitive …
