Bioequivalence and the Tolerability and Antitumor Activity of Selinexor Combination Treatment

During the Monotherapy Period, the bioequivalence/relative bioavailability of different formulations of selinexor will be evaluated using a 2-sequence crossover design. During the Combination Therapy Period, the safety and preliminary anti-tumor activity of selinexor in combination with docetaxel (for patients with NSCLC) or pembrolizumab (for patients with CRC) will be evaluated.
