- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation who meet the criteria for left atrial appendage closure and ablation may participate. Participants must have suitable anatomy for the WATCHMAN FLX device and provide informed consent.
- Study details: Participants will undergo two procedures: left atrial appendage occlusion followed by atrial fibrillation ablation after one month. Both procedures aim to reduce stroke risk and maintain normal heart rhythm.
