This study investigates an investigational medication for children with prurigo nodularis, a skin condition characterized by itchy, hard lumps. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the investigational medication in treating prurigo nodularis in participants aged 6 months to under 18 years who have been diagnosed with the condition for at least 3 months.
Participants will be required to complete a daily symptom electronic diary and will be assessed for the severity of their itch using a numerical rating scale. The study will involve regular assessments to monitor the condition and response to the investigational medication.
- Who can participate: Children and adolescents aged 6 months to under 18 years with prurigo nodularis for at least 3 months, experiencing significant itch, and willing to complete a daily diary can participate. They must not have other skin conditions or be on certain medications.
