Study on Aging and Brain Activity

This study is about understanding how the brain works as we age and how it differs from brains affected by diseases like Alzheimer's. We use a method called an electroencephalogram (EEG). An EEG is a tool that measures brain activity without any pain. Participants complete memory and thinking tests while we record their brain waves. We do this to see how different parts of the brain work during these activities. Every year, participants complete these tests so we can compare healthy brains to those with age-related issues.

  • The study lasts for several years, with visits once a year.
  • Participants will need to complete memory and thinking tests during each visit.
  • This research is for adults and seniors who are interested in learning about brain health as they age.

We are looking for both healthy volunteers and those with cognitive disorders. If you're interested in how your brain works or in brain health, consider joining!
