Phase 0

We are conducting a study to learn if an online program can help people with type 2 diabetes manage feelings like anxiety and depression, known as diabetes distress. Type 2 diabetes is a condition where the body struggles to use sugar properly, often leading to health issues. Many people with type 2 diabetes experience distress from managing their condition every day. We hope to find out if this online program can help with these feelings.

Study Details:

  • Duration: The study lasts for 8 weeks.
  • Participation: Participants will need internet access and will use the program from home. No travel required.
  • Eligibility: Adults aged 25-80 with type 2 diabetes for at least five years and internet access are eligible.

If you join, you will complete some forms online, use the program, and provide feedback. Participation is voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Your information will be kept private and secure. We aim to recruit 35 participants.
